Why Sunnyvale Crashes Happen Where They Do

Interstate 20 ends at US 80 right at Sunnyvale, and that transition catches drivers out. Freeway traffic has to make a decision at the merge while US 80 traffic is already at speed, and the Belt Line Road and Collins Road ramps sit close on either side. Tripp Road and Town East Boulevard carry the local commute toward Mesquite. The town is small, so its crash count is dominated by through traffic on two roads it doesn't control.

Neighborhoods We Serve

We take Sunnyvale vehicles from Sunnyvale proper, Homestead Estates, and everywhere in between. Drop the car at our Lewisville shop, or send us photos first and we'll tell you whether it's worth the trip.

What Sunnyvale Drivers Should Know

  • Your insurer can recommend a shop. It cannot require one. That right is in Texas Insurance Code 1952.301.
  • If the other driver caused it, their insurance pays for the repair.
  • On a small repair, paying yourself can cost less than a claim. Get the free estimate first, then decide.
  • Not-at-fault claims usually do not touch your rate. At-fault claims usually do, and that call belongs to your insurer, not to us.
