Why Plano Crashes Happen Where They Do

Four limited-access highways cross Plano and the interchanges between them are the crash concentrations: US 75 at the President George Bush Turnpike, the Dallas North Tollway at State Highway 121, and the tollway at Legacy Drive. The US 75 frontage roads through Parker Road, Spring Creek Parkway and Plano Parkway carry high-speed traffic into signals with ramps just upstream. Legacy Drive and Preston Road take the office and retail commute, and the Legacy West district adds structured parking, rideshare stops and pedestrians into a few dense blocks.

Neighborhoods We Serve

We take Plano vehicles from Legacy West, Shops at Legacy, Willow Bend, Preston Meadow, West Plano, Downtown Plano, and everywhere in between. Drop the car at our Lewisville shop, or send us photos first and we'll tell you whether it's worth the trip.

What Plano Drivers Should Know

  • Your insurer can recommend a shop. It cannot require one. That right is in Texas Insurance Code 1952.301.
  • If the other driver caused it, their insurance pays for the repair.
  • On a small repair, paying yourself can cost less than a claim. Get the free estimate first, then decide.
  • Not-at-fault claims usually do not touch your rate. At-fault claims usually do, and that call belongs to your insurer, not to us.
