Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sick of Collision website (the “Site”) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Services Description

Sick of Collision offers three services: bumper repair, dents and scratches repair, and door repair. That covers repairing or replacing bumper covers, fixing cracks, tears, scuffs, dents, and scratches, repairing or replacing doors, and refinishing and color matching the repaired area. Pricing and timing depend on the damage, parts availability, insurance coverage, and scheduling. An estimate given from photos or before we inspect the vehicle in person is preliminary and may change once we see it.

Costs, Deductibles, and Who Pays

What you personally owe depends on your policy and on who is responsible for the loss. Where a third party is responsible and that party's liability carrier accepts the claim, the repair is billed to that carrier and no deductible applies to you. Where the repair proceeds under your own collision or comprehensive coverage, you are responsible for the deductible stated on your declarations page and for any amount your carrier declines to pay. Sick of Collision does not pay, discount, reduce, or absorb any customer deductible under any circumstances. Rating decisions, including any effect a claim has on your premium, are made solely by your insurer.

Under Texas Insurance Code sections 1952.301 and 1952.302, your insurer may not limit your choice of repair facility or tell you that you must use a particular one.

Insurance Claims

Sick of Collision works with customers' insurance companies on repair claims. We are not an insurance company, agent, or adjuster. Coverage decisions, payments, and claim outcomes are made by the insurance company. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from an insurance claim.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Sick of Collision, you agree to the following:

Consent: You consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) fromSick of Collision including service updates, appointment reminders, assessments, and promotional offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent.
Help: For help, text HELP to any message, call us at (469) 794-7225, or use our contact form.
Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Supported Carriers: Compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Website Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use this Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sick of Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sick of Collision, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
