60-Second StartThree Questions.
Three Questions.
Then We Call You.
What took the hit, what you drive, and how you're paying. That's enough for us to call you with a straight answer instead of guessing over email.
Why people start here
The shop is your call
Texas Insurance Code 1952.301 says your insurer can't require a particular shop.
Insurance or self-pay
We work with your insurance or the other driver's, or you pay yourself.
A call within the hour
A person calls you back during shop hours.
Paying for it yourself?
Not every small repair belongs in a claim. We price it either way and you decide.
What These Three Answers Decide
None of this is a test you pass or fail. Each answer changes what we say when we call.
- What took the hit tells us what we're pricing: a bumper, a dent or scratches, or a door. More than one is fine.
- What you drive tells us which parts and paint to look up before we call.
- How you're paying tells us who we talk to. When the other driver is at fault, their insurance pays for the repair. On your own policy your deductible applies. Paying yourself, we price it straight.
One call during shop hours, and we'll tell you where you stand.
