Why Highland Village Crashes Happen Where They Do

FM 407, Justin Road, runs east and west across Highland Village and crosses Lewisville Lake on the causeway, which makes it the only direct link between the Denton County lake towns and Lewisville. FM 2499, Village Parkway, runs north and south and carries the Flower Mound commute. Their intersection handles most of the city's traffic, and the retail entrances on either side of it produce the left-turn crashes.
