What You Get

What You Get Working With Us

Plain answers on cost, insurance, and paint, plus two things most shops will not say out loud.

The Basics

What We Actually Do

Your Shop, Your Call

Texas Insurance Code 1952.301 lets you choose where your car gets fixed. Your insurance company can suggest a shop. Saying no is allowed.

Text Photos for a Quick Look

Send a few photos of the damage and we take a quick look. We call you back during shop hours.

Free Estimates

Stop by the shop in Lewisville or start online. The estimate costs nothing, and you are not committing to anything by asking.

Insurance or Self-Pay

We work with your insurance company, or you can pay yourself. On a small repair, paying yourself can make more sense than filing.

Not Your Fault? Their Insurance Pays.

If the other driver caused it, their insurance pays for the repair, and you do not owe a deductible.

Paint That Matches

Refinished to your car's paint code and blended into the next panel, so the new paint doesn't stop at a hard edge.

The Unpopular Part

Two Things We Will Not Sugarcoat

How long it takes

We tell you how long once we see the car. A number given over the phone, before anybody has looked, is a guess.

Rates and records

Not-at-fault claims usually do not touch your rate. At-fault claims usually do, and that is your insurance company's call. A claim can also show on a vehicle history report no matter who fixes the car. We will not pretend otherwise to win a job.

Send Us a Few Photos

We take a quick look and call back during shop hours. The estimate is free.
