Collision Repair in The Colony
Hit in The Colony? Bring it to our Lewisville shop for a free estimate on bumper repair, dent and scratch repair, or door repair. Texas law says the shop is your call, not your insurer's.
Driving in The Colony
The Colony sits between Lewisville Lake and State Highway 121 with FM 423 running north and Main Street crossing. Grandscape pulls retail traffic off the Sam Rayburn Tollway into a district that didn't exist fifteen years ago.
Crash Data for The Colony
The corridor that carries most of it: State Highway 121 at the Plano Parkway and Josey Lane ramps.
Why The Colony Crashes Happen Where They Do
State Highway 121, the Sam Rayburn Tollway, runs along the southern edge of The Colony and its Plano Parkway and Josey Lane ramps feed the Grandscape district directly. Retail traffic and commuter traffic share those ramps at exactly the same hours. FM 423 carries the north-south load toward Little Elm with signals at Windhaven Parkway and Blair Oaks. Main Street runs through the older part of town. The lake closes the west side, so there's no relief route when the tollway ramps back up.
Neighborhoods We Serve
We take The Colony vehicles from Grandscape, Stewart Creek, Austin Waters, The Tribute, and everywhere in between. Drop the car at our Lewisville shop, or send us photos first and we'll tell you whether it's worth the trip.
What The Colony Drivers Should Know
- Your insurer can recommend a shop. It cannot require one. That right is in Texas Insurance Code 1952.301.
- If the other driver caused it, their insurance pays for the repair.
- On a small repair, paying yourself can cost less than a claim. Get the free estimate first, then decide.
- Not-at-fault claims usually do not touch your rate. At-fault claims usually do, and that call belongs to your insurer, not to us.
